The partner desk form on the Partners page asks for your first and last name, your company, a work email address, an optional phone number, your type of business, how you heard about us, and a message. We collect it for one reason: to reply to venues and institutions about partner onboarding.

Our host keeps ordinary request logs: the address your connection comes from, the browser you use, the page you asked for and when. That is how the site runs and stays secure, and those logs are kept for a limited time by the host.

We collect nothing else. There is no analytics service and no advertising on this site.

A desk submission is sent by email over an authenticated connection to the support mailbox, which is hosted by our email provider, and it stays in that mailbox. If the email service is not connected, the page hands the message to your own mail app instead and nothing is stored on our side.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone except the providers that run our email and hosting.

Desk messages stay in the mailbox for as long as they are needed to reply and to keep a record of who asked to partner. Write to us and we will delete yours.

The site does not connect to a wallet and does not read anything from one. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

The site and its tokens are not available to residents or citizens of the United States, the United Kingdom or Canada, or to anyone subject to sanctions. If that describes you, do not use the desk form.

Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email to support@frontiertokens.io is enough.

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
