Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to buy or sell anything, or investment, legal or tax advice. It describes how FrontierTokens is designed to work. Decide with your own advisers.

The tokens are not offered to, and may not be held by, residents or citizens of the United States, the United Kingdom or Canada, or by anyone subject to sanctions. Venues that list the tokens apply their own rules on top of ours.

A token tracks the price of one listed share held with a licensed custodian. It is a claim on the issuer, not the share itself. Holders have no voting or other shareholder rights.

No token has been minted. Until the first mint, no tokens exist, no reserve report exists, and nothing on this site is an invitation to trade.

Sending the desk form starts a conversation. It does not open an account, create a customer relationship, reserve any allocation, or oblige either side to anything.

We try to keep the site exact and we say plainly what is not yet true. Even so, the content may be incomplete or out of date and can change without notice. Do not rely on it for a decision.

The FrontierTokens name, the compass mark and the text of this site belong to the issuer. Company names, tickers and exchange names belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the listed shares the tokens are designed to track.

To the extent the law allows, the issuer is not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on what it says.

These terms are subject to the law of the issuer’s jurisdiction. It will be named here once the issuer is registered.
